2. Contract, Pricing and Payments | ||
2.1 All accepted quotes will be accompanied by a written contract detailing the scope of work, materials, and project timelines. | ||
2.2 Payment is due at the time of service. The Customer agrees to pay the amount specified for the services rendered. | ||
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling | ||
3.1 The Customer may cancel or reschedule a service appointment by providing at least 48 hours notice. | ||
3.2 Failure to provide timely notice may result in rescheduling for a later date, depending on the schedule with other customers | ||
4. Customer Responsibilities | ||
4.1 The Customer is responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for our staff. | ||
4.2 The Customer agrees to inform the Company of any safety or health risks present at the premises. | ||
5. Liability and Damages | ||
5.1 The Company will exercise reasonable care in providing any services. | ||
5.2 The Company is not liable for damages resulting from improper maintenance, wear and tear, or pre-existing conditions of the premises. | ||
6. Confidentiality and Privacy | ||
