Our Professional New Construction Painting Service

Initial Preparations

On the scheduled start date, our experienced project managers arrive on site promptly to conduct a thorough environmental and drywall readiness inspection. Before any coatings are applied, we establish a detailed New Construction Finishing Schedule that outlines phase milestones, primer specifications, color mapping per room, and coordination with other trade contractors. We take the following steps to ensure that your new build is properly prepared:

STEP 01. Site Protection and Drywall Leveling Inspection

We carefully shield newly installed windows, flooring, electrical panels, and fixtures using heavy-duty protective masking while inspecting joint compounds and sanding levels to guarantee an even substrate.

STEP 02. High-Performance PVA Sealing and Priming

Before color application, we spray and back-roll high-solids PVA primers across all raw drywall surfaces to seal porous joints, prevent flashing, and create a uniform foundation for topcoats.

STEP 03. Multi-Phase Spray Finishing and Precision Trim Detailing

Using professional airless sprayers and precision brushes, our team systematically applies builder-grade or premium architectural paints across ceilings, walls, doors, and baseboards for a crisp, unified finish.

Project Execution

Following our structural priming phase, our skilled technicians execute the main coating schedule according to your exact architectural specifications. We manage multi-story layouts and complex open-concept spaces efficiently, ensuring uniform mil thickness, razor-sharp cut-ins, and a durable finish built to withstand the initial settling period of new construction.

Finishing and Review

Once construction cleaning is underway, we perform a rigorous punch-list walkthrough inspection alongside the general contractor or homeowner. We resolve any minor imperfections, remove all protective masking, and leave your brand-new property immaculate, polished, and ready for occupancy.

Our comprehensive service covers every architectural element of a new build property, ensuring a uniform, professional finish throughout, including:
